Helm Property Group is pleased to announce that earlier this month it completed turnover of a 3,600 square foot space to York Traditions Bank (“York”) at HPG’s property located at 1687 Oregon Pike in Lancaster, PA. Upon acquisition of the property in January 2020, HPG completed a lease with York in advance of HPG recapturing the space from an existing tenant. This location will be York’s first full-service location in Lancaster County.  Opening is anticipated to occur by second quarter 2020.
